Mr. Singh has been practicing law in the New York State and Federal Courts since 2008, after graduating with honors from Touro College Jacob D. Fuchsberg Law Center. He was previously the principal attorney at Bikram Singh Law, P.C. Mr. Singh represents individuals and businesses in a diverse range of landlord-tenant issues and real estate litigation in all New York State courts, and also focuses on business formation, corporate compliance, business development, and commercial litigation.

Ms. Rani draws upon more than a decade of civil and criminal courtroom experience to zealously represent clients throughout New York City, Long Island, and Westchester. She began her career as an Assistant District Attorney in the Bronx, prosecuting misdemeanor and felony cases and presenting serious felonies to the Grand Jury. She later defended healthcare practitioners in high-exposure medical malpractice cases as Associate Counsel for NYC Health + Hospitals, handled personal injury cases through jury trial as in-house counsel for GEICO, and represented co-op and condominium boards at Finder Novick Kerrigan LLP, where she continues to act as Of Counsel.
